As he finished up his last year of high school, Ben began working at AM 1230 WJOB in Hammond, IN, where he received the nickname "WJOBen" from his coworkers. From February 2013 through July 2015, WJOBen served as the station's Video Director and worked on incorporating online video streaming into the radio station's broadcasts. WJOBen also co-hosted the radio show "The Next Generation" from August 2015 to July 2015. Moving on from WJOB in 2015, Ben joined Blue Island TV, where he is now in charge of running the City of Blue Island's local access TV station. |
